online as there were over 50 complaints put by me was put "ON HOLD" since 2013. They finally told me Nov 30, 2021 that they do not have a profile page for them after I submitted it and said they do not cover all businesses who sell a specific product or service.

They should have noted it sometime after I noted it, not wait till 2021 to tell me this. What a scam website when it's being advertised to us to put a complaint against businesses, you would think it's getting posted for the public to see would help them in the future. Unfortunately, it doesn't look that way because they just let other businesses run consumer and customers over till this day. I can't believe they let all my reviews go and not publish to assist consumers to see.

Wow! No wonder we have a messed up world!

I would NOT recommend using the online review website of ConsumerAffairs.com. They have NOT posted ANY of my reviews going all the way back to the first about the FELONY FORGERY CASHING of my STOLEN Social Security Disability check by WellsFargo Bank back in 2018!! At first they told me the ABSURD excuse that there WEREN'T "enough complaints" against WellsFargo to warrant postininc

I collected 9 'stamps' and this should have permitted me a free room. Hotels.com declared my stamps EXPIRED. Hotels.com expired stamps at a time when the government recommended people not travel. We did not travel. We waited until we were informed that it was once again a bit safer. Apparently, Hotels.com does not follow government recommendations. I am disappointed and insulted by the Hotels.com decision to enforce their expiration rule during a dangerous pandemic. That is such shameful self-serving profiteering. I

I was curious, so I started checking out Carshield. They were given a good rating by ConsumerAffairs.com, Sounds good, so far, right? Then I dug deeper and, lo and behold, the BBB gives Carshield and "F" rating. Why the difference. A little more digging found that ConsumerAffairs, com accepts money in the form of affiliate status. They are hardly unbiased, unlike Consumer Reports. As one person put it, ConsumerAffairs.com does NOT have the consumer's best interest at heart.

Horrible experience

The online site has info. claiming to have EMAILS of the staff yet deceptively in most cases, a so-called staff member can be email and there is no response from them anyway. Then, even if basically any other question is asked (including by a so-called account holder there), there is almost never a response, even to a simple and very valid question about a review in which all guidelines were met yet there is rudely NO response at all and no review ever posted and no email ever sent, even when requested by the review submitter. It's clear to me that the online "consumeraffairs" (.com) is very deceptive.

Suspicious...

On 3/9/18, I wrote a review on HMS Consumer Affair. I saw other reviews regarding the company HMS Warranty that were favorable, which surprised me. On Pissed Consumer I noticed negative reviews for HMS which were consistent with my experience and Pissed Consumer posted my review immediately. Perhaps it's a legitimate delay but as of 3/16, Consumer Affair has not posted my HMS review. I included detailed dates and summary of 14 phone calls with HMS customer service (there were more that I didn't document), as well as my HMS contract number. Instead I'm on their marketing list and receiving such emails. Just want to forewarn individuals who are thinking of using HMS of this in case they are relying on Consumer Affair. It they do post my review, I'll update this review.

ConsumerAffairs is a fraud

I wrote a bad review of Laser Spine Institute on the ConsumersAffairs web site. Lo and behold, CA deleted my review because they said they could not collaborate it, despite my offering to provide them with documentation. Then, the next time I visited their site, I saw a real nice ad about Laser Spine Institute. Looked to me that CA told LSI that they would get rid of the review if they simply bought an ad on their site. ConsumerAffairs is a sham. So, who can you trust to provide an assessment of a company or business? I've found Yelp to be trustworthy.

The complaint I sent about Professional Fiduciary is waste. Over 40 documents as evidences it is incomprehensible that the abuses , embezzelement, perjury and falsifications are unwarranted. The analyst closed the complaint immediately citing that there are no violations of misconduct from their investigations. It is either they lack knowledge about Fiduciary's laws and regulations or just to mislead to make you believe you have human rights protection but there are none. Criminal & civil violations are committed and the buck stops at the agent. Event that crimes are committed, they would close your complaint for State interest. They ignored my inquiry to find out what investigations were conducted to conclude of no violations . It is a corrupt system, it is all about economic gain.

I want to warn everyone NOT to create an account on a site named "Consumer Affairs." You will be BOMBARDED with junk emails after you do. If the onslaught of junk emails aren't aggravating enough, the login password you created doesn't work either and you can't sign in. They very cleverly named their site "Consumer Affairs" to make you think they're official. All they want is your information so they can sell it, so take my advice and do NOT give them your phone number, email address, or any other personal information. You will be sorry like me if you do.

Extortion

My clients have been using the internet to investagate my company. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity The true base for investigating a company is the Better Business Bureau, we have an A+ rating with no compaints. The private FOR PROFIT company who calls themselves Consumers Affairs is nothing but an EXTORTION company. After each fake complaint there is an advertizement from one of our competetors. When I called the owner he told me to pay him $5,000 and he would take care of my problems. I should have recorded the conversation and gave it to the Attorney General. I will persue this.

Consumeraffairs.com

I posted a positive review online and it would not get accepted. It seems that site is just like pissedconsumer.com in where they only want to feed off negativity and not show the positive feedbacks. I think pissedconsumer is worse since they allow personal attacks on their site and do nothing about it. The below terms of service are not followed since my post adhered to their rules. So another slanted website feeding of the negativity. Shame on you consumeraffairs.com for not posting all the reports people list to give a true review. Consumeraffairs Web Site Reviews One-Sided

You will not see this one published on consumeraffairs.com, but the website is biased toward negative reviews. I filed a detail fair and balanced, but positive review of Amerisave.com. Consumeraffairs.com refused to accept it based on their “review” policy. Policies that “*** out” positive reviews are the type of action that makes web review sites questionable in their value. It is unfortunate that consumeraffairs.com takes a biased approach, because it makes free review sites less reliable and forces consumers to have to use website that charge for their service (such as Angie’s list) if the consumer wants unbiased reviews, both positive and negative.
